Abstract | This article is devoted to the methods of complex dielectric permittivity calculating. It also proposes the method of analytical determination of dielectric transmittivity increment in known volume fraction of the components of heterogeneous system. Using of the proposed methods is rational for the setting of the threshold sensor «Elim» type for express diagnostics of turbine oils moisture of NPP units. |
