| Abstract | In work the temperature detector on the superficial and acoustic waves (SAW), the principle of its work, possibility of reduction of an error in measurement is considered, development of temperature detectors with the combined system of identification is carried out. Sensors can be used for technical parameters control of the NPP physical protection. |
