AbstractThe purposes and tasks of the strategic development plan of NRNU MEPhI concerning formation of an educational and scientific complex for high-quality training of specialists for a nuclear and weapon and nuclear and power complex of the Russian Federation and for other main areas of equipment and technologies are given in article. It is reached by deep integration of involved branches of science and educations on the example of integration of NRNU MEPhI and the federal nuclear centers. The result of such integration is creation of the scientific educational centers (SEC). Descriptions of the main test facilities and measuring techniques of the research center are provided in the article. Characteristics of materials which can be defined by each installation are called. A number of the experimental results is given to show the experimental capacity of the center.
