| Abstract | The instrument for optimization of a control system of equipment life cycle is offered in article. The diagnostic certificate which has to be filled in at all stages of equipment life cycle is offered as the instrument. The structure of the diagnostic certificate of NPP motorized fittings is shown as an example. |
